I was actually searching for some other pictures when I came across several that I had taken of a Hibiscus plant - I think it came from the Concord show. They used to do that - give each vendor one of the live plants they had used for decoration during the show. In fact, that's where the Cyclamen 'model' came from - and that one is still here and blooming even as I type! ^_^ For this one, I called upon my friend Tammy to dye fabric specifically for this flower. She did a great job!! If you purchase the kit for this one, you will get that special fabric. This design is not as difficult as some of the Nearly Nouveau - and if you eliminate the turned over part on the leaves, it gets even easier! Oh, and also omit those tiny pieces that are at the base of the 2 buds. ^_^ The 'sticky, outy' ones. I give you the link to the blog that explains how easy it is to do all the very skinny things - do not fear, very easy!!! Please note: this is a 12" circle And my sample is 18" square
